A SOUTHAMPTON charity set up to help and support people who suffer brain injuries and their families is to stage dance sessions for people with physical and mental disabilities.

The Wayne Howard Trust will hold two free taster sessions at The Rose Road Association's Bradbury Centre in Aldermoor Road, Southampton, on Friday from 5pm until 6.30pm and from 6.30pm until 8pm.

Participants will have a chance to dance along to a range of contemporary music and there will also be dance instructors on hand that they can dance with.

From November 2 there will be a six-week course running every Friday at the Bradbury Centre costing £20. A group of four dancers, who have set up a group called DanceAbility, will lead the sessions.
