Fundraising Officer Position
[initial one year contract]
The Wayne Howard Trust has been set up in aid of persons with acquired brain injury, their relatives, and carers. Working on your own initiative you will be responsible for launching and developing the charity’s new appeal.
In this rewarding but challenging full-time role you will be reporting directly to the Trustees of the Charity and will be directly responsible for recruiting corporate sponsors, co-ordinating fund-raising activities and helping to develop opportunities for grants and other income streams.
You will have:
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Energy and enthusiasm
- High levels of commercial awareness
- IT competency
- Flexible approach to work
This position, which will be home based, would suit an experienced fundraiser or someone with business experience wishing to enter the charity sector.
Salary will be in the region of £18,000 - £22,000 p.a. (plus home based allowance) depending on experience.
